The recruitment process

We start with a brief exchange to check mutual suitability:
what you have done, what you want to do, what we do
really. Then comes a targeted practical case, close to the reality of the
post, which we debrief together; we judge the method as much as
the result. You meet the person you are with
collaborate on a daily basis, then we come back to you with a
clear and quick decision. When we make a proposal, it
comes with concrete objectives for the first 90 days, means
allocated and a review schedule.
